About the project

Zimmer is a 24/7 towing service in Prague. We built them a website that brings in inquiries and captures them on the spot: the customer goes through a configurator, chooses the type of service and vehicle, marks the location on a map and sends an order with a calculated price.

Results

Orders instead of phone calls

Customers go through the configurator on their own, and dispatch receives a completed order.

Price up front, not after the job

The estimate is calculated from a fixed price list based on the type of service, the vehicle's weight and whether it can be driven.

All inquiries in one place

Every order is saved and sent by email, so nothing is left sitting in a text message.

Goal

Bring in inquiries from search and handle them without phone calls. After an accident or breakdown, customers need an answer right away, not a promise that someone will call back. And the dispatcher needs to know where, what and which vehicle before even picking up the phone.

Challenge

The price of a tow isn't a single number. The rate depends on the type of service, the vehicle's weight class and whether it can be driven, and special transport has its own rate card. The configurator had to calculate all of this so that a customer in an emergency needs just a few clicks, and so that the form and the downloadable price list show the same rates.

Solution

The website walks the customer through the order step by step: type of service, vehicle, handling, location on the map and contact details. From that, it calculates the price according to the price list, saves the order and sends it to dispatch. Alongside the configurator is a content section built for search, including individual service pages and auto-generated link previews for sharing.
