This page describes how we handle the data you send us through the contact form at softero.cz/en/contact.

Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Softero s.r.o., Company ID 23295252, with its registered office at Freyova 82/27, Prague 9 – Vysočany. For matters concerning personal data, you can reach us at adam@softero.cz.
What data we process and why
Through the contact form, we process your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. We use this data solely to handle your inquiry and for related follow-up communication, that is, to discuss a possible collaboration. We do not use the data to send newsletters, nor do we pass it on to third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry and related communication for no longer than 24 months from our last communication, after which we delete the records. If we start working together, data retention is governed by our contract and by statutory obligations (e.g., accounting obligations).
Who helps us with this
The following providers help us process the data technically: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (inquiry database, Frankfurt/EU region), Resend (email delivery) and Google Workspace (mailbox). We have data processing terms in place with each of them.
Traffic and ad measurement
With each inquiry, we store where you came to our website from (parameters in the page address, such as an ad campaign tag, and the landing page) so that we know which ad helped you find us. We do not use cookies for this. We only use Google Ads and Google Analytics measurement cookies if you give us your consent in the banner on our website; without your consent, Google receives only anonymous data without cookies. You can change your consent at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.
Language choice
If you manually switch the language in the website footer, we save your choice in a cookie called “jazyk” for one year so that the website doesn't redirect you to another language next time. The cookie contains no personal data and is only created when you click. The automatic redirect based on your browser language and the country you connect from does not set this cookie.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Just write to adam@softero.cz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
